SportSpired Games is an international game studio developing next-generation sports simulators. Our team includes professionals with experience at Wargaming, The Walt Disney Company, Ubisoft, 343 Industries, Starbreeze, Sperasoft, MY·GAMES, Yandex, and EA Sports. We are working on an ambitious AAA title scheduled for release in 2028–2029.
Responsibilities
- Designing and maintaining security policies, access controls and data handling procedures.
- Implementing the principle of least privilege: auditing and configuring MFA, GPO, access rights.
- Designing and implementing proactive security measures.
- Developing and executing incident response plans.
- Setting up logging and monitoring for events and access activity, and generating security reports.
- Performing risk assessments and presenting mitigation strategies to leadership.
- Running phishing simulations, employee awareness campaigns and security training sessions.
- Performing penetration testing based on internal and external threat models.
- Managing external InfoSec vendors and reviewing their deliverables.
- Preparing for audits and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Implementing DevSecOps practices: SAST, dependency scanning, container analysis, CI/CD security, IaC auditing, and more.
- Ensuring secure backup procedures and retention policy compliance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Information Security or Systems Administration.
- Solid understanding of CIA, least privilege, and defense-in-depth principles.
- Experience with OS - Windows, Linux; network security, VPNs and firewalls.
- Hands-on experience with access management (AD, GPO, ACL, MFA).
- Ability to analyze logs and detect suspicious activity.
- Strong documentation skills: policies, procedures, audit logs.
- English proficiency at B1–B2 level.
